The undergraduate program "International Relations" is focused on training specialists in the field of foreign policy, diplomacy, national and international security. Bachelors in International Relations study processes related to domestic and foreign policy activities, analyze, synthesize and predict international processes, apply advanced research methods of international and foreign policy activities, such as the use of systems analysis models, computer technology and programming, and the introduction of systems approach mechanisms.
The study of these issues takes place within the framework of relevant disciplines, providing knowledge on the history and theory of international relations, geopolitics, security theory, history, religion, language, economics, legal system, literature and culture of the peoples of the world, in the field of political science, the basics of diplomacy and foreign policy Uzbekistan.
Graduates have the skills of system and applied analysis, are able to solve non-standard problems and present the results of work using digital technologies. Thanks to the practice gained during the program and the knowledge of two foreign languages, people from UWED are in demand in the labor market.
