In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of History of Tashkent State University, specialty: historian, teacher of history and social studies. In October 1997, he joined the department of "International Economic Relations" of JIDU as the head of the cabinet. In December 1997, he entered the graduate school of JIDU, majoring in "Political Science", and graduated in 2000. In 2001, he was accepted to the "Political Science" department of JIDU. Later, the name of this department was changed to "International relations" department. Until now Muminova G.M. He has been working in the "International Relations" department and since 2014 he has been working in this department as an associate professor. On 23.00.04, 2007, he defended his candidate's thesis on "Political and legal aspects of cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the European Union" in the specialty "Political problems of international systems and global development". During his career at the university, he worked with students, graduate students, interns and graduate students studying in all courses and faculties.
