UWED hosted a forum dedicated to sustainable development and international cooperation

On February 22 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) hosted a forum organized by the Diplomatic Synergy club on the topic of "UN SDG 2030: Sustainable Development and International Cooperation".
The event was attended by UWED faculty and students.
The forum featured substantive reports and discussions on seven key areas of the UN SDGs,
Selected Goals:
SDG 1: No Poverty
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being
SDG 4: Quality Education
SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
SDG 13: Climate Action
SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions which were analyzed by specially appointed "Ambassadors".
Based on the results of their work, key conclusions were formulated and adopted for all the goals under consideration. Winners were also determined in two nominations - "Best Missionary Document" and "Best Ambassadorial Position", who were presented with memorable gifts. In addition, all forum participants were also awarded special certificates.
At the end of the forum, the participants discussed current issues and collectively adopted the "Global SDG Charter".
The event, held under the motto “United for Sustainable Development”, provided participants with the opportunity to exchange views and experiences on strengthening global cooperation.
