On January 15, 2025, the delegation of Turkey’s Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) visited the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). The delegation was led by organization representatives Arife Pehlivan, Abdullah Kenan Özçelik, Erkan Koç, and Buse Kulaksiz.

Students of the university, professors and teachers of the Turkish language, as well as representatives of the International Academic Cooperation Office from UWED participated in the presentation.

During the visit, YTB representatives conducted a presentation on their organization’s activities, opportunities for education and professional development in Turkey. Detailed information was shared about continuing education in Turkish higher education institutions, YTB scholarship programs, and available grants.

The Türkiye Scholarships (Türkiye Bursları) is a state-funded scholarship program designed for talented international students and researchers, offering opportunities for full or short-term programs at Turkish universities.
