The representative of the UWED took part in the round table on female leadership

On February 7 of this year, a round table was held at the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod on the topic “Formation of the Image of a Woman Leader: Experience and Important Factors.”
The event was attended by Professor E'tibor Sultanova, Doctor of Political Sciences, Chairwoman of the Tashkent City Women's Association "Olima," and a faculty member at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy; Mahmuda Dehkonova, Associate Professor at the Department of Uzbek Language, Sports, and Social Sciences at the Botir Zokirov National Institute of Pop Arts, who has extensive teaching experience; and Maftunhon Hakimzoda, a doctoral student at Tashkent State University of Economics, a young scholar, and innovator.
During the event, participants shared their rich experiences, real-life examples, and practical recommendations.
The roundtable discussion thoroughly addressed questions such as: What should a modern female leader be like? What is an effective management style for female leaders? How is a professional image formed?
Additionally, the discussion covered the essential qualities of a modern female leader, secrets to building a professional image, an analysis of international experience, the role of female leaders in society, leadership and communication skills, as well as the formula for success.
