Master class for students of the Faculty of International Relations
On November 20, Ramzbek Otabekjonov an employee of the Department of South Asian, Middle East, and African States of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a master class for the students of IR faculty.
During the event, a general analysis of the situation in the Middle East and North Africa was presented, which is characterized by the complex dynamics of multidirectional processes that are currently shaping the geopolitical and economic landscapes in this vast region. Key military-political crises, trends in security and demography, challenges for international transport corridors and prospects for modernization projects in the Persian Gulf states were considered.
In the discussion session, the presented topics were analyzed from the point of view of various theories of international relations, political science, sociology and anthropology, which allowed students to get a more detailed picture of the ongoing transformations in the Middle East.
