On November 19, a master class for graduate students of the "International Business Law" program on the subject of "International Transport Law" was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). The session was conducted by Dr., Professor Head of the Legislation Sector in the Economic Sphere at the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kamil Rashidov.

The master class focused on international cargo and passenger transportation, emphasizing practical aspects of legal regulation. Prof. Rashidov provided an in-depth analysis of contractual relations, the responsibilities of parties, and the peculiarities of law enforcement practices across different jurisdictions.

Earlier, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and International Private Law Disciplines at UWED, PhD in Law, Associate Professor Dilfuza Imamova, conducted a master class for fourth-year students of the "Business Law" faculty at the Tashkent State University of Law. The topic of her lecture was "International Cargo and Passenger Transportation" as part of the "International Private Law" course.

Prof. Imamova covered key issues related to the legal and conflict-of-law regulation of cargo and passenger transportation. Particular attention was given to various modes of international transport, including road, rail, air, and sea transportation. Students not only gained theoretical knowledge but also discussed real-life cases, enhancing their understanding of the specifics of international transportation.

These sessions saw active student participation, with students asking questions and sharing their opinions on relevant topics. The interaction with invited lecturers helped deepen their knowledge and understanding of complex legal mechanisms governing international transportation.

The master classes have become an important educational platform for students and graduates, offering them a unique opportunity to gain insights from leading experts in international private and transport law. This experience aligns with the 17th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) – "Partnerships for the Goals."
