On October 26 this year, Gábor Hamza, a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and professor of public law at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), visited the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The Hungarian scientist arrived in our country as an international observer for the parliamentary elections.

During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation between ELTE and UWED universities were discussed, including student and faculty exchange programs.

Professor Gábor Hamza made proposals to take the cooperation between the higher education institutions of the two countries to a new level. In particular, future joint scientific projects of Eötvös Loránd University and UWED were discussed, which could contribute to the implementation of scientific experience in practice.

UWED emphasized the importance of joint development of new educational programs to deepen the political, economic and legal knowledge of students.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on concluding bilateral agreements aimed at holding joint scientific conferences and seminars, as well as organizing special courses for students.
