On November 16, 2024, a seminar-briefing titled "Judicial Power in the New Constitution" was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with the participation of economic affairs judges from the Tashkent City Court — O. Gulyamova, A. Ibragimov, J. Khusainov, and N. Bayzakova — as well as students from the "International Law" faculty.

During the event, the participants discussed the provisions of Chapter 13 of the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dedicated to judicial power, including the judicial system, its powers, the requirements for judicial candidates, the independence, inviolability, and support of judges. The judges also shared their knowledge and experience regarding procedural deadlines for the consideration of economic cases, jurisdiction, and venue, as well as the professional and personal qualities necessary for future legal professionals.
