On June 27 of this year, the General Director of the American non-governmental foundation LYNC, Wade Cusack, visited the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. 

The meeting with him was attended by First Vice-Rector O. Yusupdzhanov, Dean of the Faculty of International Economics M. Khamdamov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of International Law F. Tashev. editor-in-chief of the UWED magazine “International Relations: Politics, Economics, Law” U. Khasanov. 

W. Cusack expressed satisfaction with the ongoing cooperation between the American organization and the university. In particular, he called successful the trainings in the field of religion and the rule of law, intercultural religious literacy, conducted in partnership with the International Center for the Study of Law and Religion and UWED.

The head of LYNC expressed interest in continuing similar programs in partnership with UWED and Pepperdyne University (Washington and Geneva campuses) on the topic of “Intercultural dialogue in negotiation technologies” to promote greater mutual understanding between various structures and parties in promoting the constructive potential of the republic’s foreign policy.
