On June 29 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy was visited by participants in the “Summit of Young Diplomats”, which is held as part of the “World Youth Festival” organized in Samarkand.

Representatives of the younger generation from different countries of the world were welcomed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Rector of UWED Sodyq Safoev.

He congratulated the participants of the summit, which is being held for the first time in Uzbekistan, having become an important platform for strengthening cooperation between youth leaders.

S. Safoev told young diplomats about the state youth policy of our country, its great importance for the younger generation and the future of Uzbekistan.

The guests were presented with presentations about the activities of UWED, its faculties, and the Student Council.

The meeting participants shared their achievements, expressed their opinions and wishes, and received answers to their questions.
