On March 26 of the this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy inaugurated the educational program “Strategy and Transformation Management”, which is being implemented by the Executive Education faculty of UWED in collaboration with the consulting company Senteo (USA).

This program is designed for executives and specialists of state-owned enterprises that are undergoing reform and aiming to enhance operational efficiency. The training focuses on developing a deep understanding of strategic and project management principles, the evolution of business models, and the implementation of successful transformation projects based on advanced international experience.

The sessions are conducted by the CEO of Senteo, Michael Rackman, who has extensive practical experience working in international companies and management consulting. He regularly leads similar programs at top universities worldwide. The program includes interactive seminars and discussions with real-life international case studies tailored to the specificities of Uzbekistan.

This educational program is particularly relevant as the Uzbekistan government is implementing a large-scale program of enterprise reform with state participation. International experience shows that innovative approaches in preparation, design, implementation, and management are crucial for the successful implementation of transformation processes.
