On April 22 this year, the teacher of the Department of Oriental Languages Bernara Ghiezova with students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy studying the Indian language visited secondary school No71 in Tashkent.
At a meeting with high school students, UWED students spoke about the role and importance of education in the life of every person. Also, it was noted that knowledge of foreign languages promotes intercultural dialogue and strengthens respect for cultural, religious and linguistic diversity, which are important factors in achieving social cohesion and justice.
The participants of the meeting noted that education is one of the factors responsible for the development of society, also discussed issues of equal access to education, talked about the role of modern educational technologies in the educational process, and the importance of continuous self-development.
During the meetings, teachers and students answered all the questions of interest to the children.
Students of grades 10-11, in turn, shared their plans for the future, noting that the meeting with representatives of the university gives schoolchildren more motivation and inspiration.
