On April 22 of this year, an important educational event under the slogan "Safe and Healthy Country" was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the initiative of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UWED O.Yusupdjanov together with the Department for Coordination of Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies of the Mirzo-Ulugbek District.

At the event, Deputy Head of the Department for Coordination of Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies of the Mirzo-Ulugbek District Lieutenant Colonel                     F. Djabarov and Head of Internal Affairs Department No. 3 Major J. Sharipov met with university students and spoke in detail about the content and essence of this important initiative.

During the meeting, the guests discussed a wide range of work under the slogan "Safe and Healthy Country", including such important areas as crime prevention, promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people, combating drug addiction and other harmful vices. Particular attention was also paid to improving the legal literacy of students and actively involving them in maintaining public order.

The event continued in the form of an open dialogue. Students asked questions of interest to them and received the necessary answers from industry experts. During the meeting, an exchange of opinions took place, and the students' interest in such important social issues was clearly demonstrated.

The Leadership of UWED emphasized that such events are important in shaping the legal consciousness of young people, educating them in the spirit of patriotism, and helping them find their place in society. The university plans to continue cooperation with law enforcement agencies and regularly organize such useful meetings for students.
