    On March 14 of this year, the Department of Uzbek and Russian Languages of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy visited the Specialized School No. 105 for Mentally Retarded Children with Special Educational Needs in Mirzo Ulugbek District of Tashkent City, under the auspices of the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in order to establish cooperation between the family-community-educational institution (secondary and higher education).

    Representatives of the university held consultative master classes on the establishment of inclusive education speech correction classes in schools for children with special educational needs and the organization of the educational process. During the master class, the importance of correctly assessing the development opportunities and characteristics of children with developmental disabilities was explained in order to provide effective education, upbringing, and social adaptation.

    Currently, self-government bodies in our country are implementing measures to facilitate the participation of students with special educational needs in classes with the help of public councils "Family-Neighborhood-Educational Institution". Children of the specialized school for mentally retarded children with special educational needs No. 105 in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city, under the jurisdiction of the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, receive education and upbringing while staying on the school premises. Therefore, children here receive education and upbringing under the care of teachers for a full week, which greatly contributes to the adaptation and integration of children into society. At the end of the event, the members of the department presented a vacuum cleaner and treats for the children.

    The cooperation between the Uzbek State Educational Service and the boarding school serves to ensure that children with special educational needs receive full education, recognize their rights, study based on new methods of inclusive education, and exchange methodological assistance in basic correctional adaptations, bilateral cooperation, effective implementation of the educational process, and the attraction of qualified professors and teachers.

    In the implementation of national goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development, cooperation between schools and higher education institutions in the system of education for children with special educational needs, focused on inclusive education, is of great importance. A person, first of all, grows and develops in the family, is formed as a person. Education and upbringing, spiritual and moral values in the family are later reflected among people - in the neighborhood, in educational institutions.

    It is worth noting that we are telling the truth when we say that the great task of creating broad opportunities for children with special educational needs in our families to receive education on the basis of an inclusive approach, helping these children find their way in the future of our homeland and people, and raising them to take their place in the global community cannot be achieved without the cooperation of the family, the neighborhood, and the educational institution (in combination with secondary and higher education).
