On March 4 of this year, the tutor of the Faculty of International Economics and Management of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy I. Narkulova organized a preventive seminar on the fight against AIDS and HIV for 2nd year students.

The seminar, held to promote a healthy lifestyle among students, was conducted by Gulnur Mamatova, a doctor of the highest category of the Tashkent City AIDS Center. She told the students in detail about the ways of transmission of diseases, prevention and protection measures.

It was also noted that in recent years, this disease has been spreading widely, especially among young people, and that one wrong step taken out of ignorance can negatively affect a person's future.

During the conversation, the lecturer advised students to strictly adhere to a healthy lifestyle, go in for sports, spend their free time meaningfully, devoting it to gaining knowledge, and not to waste time on unnecessary things. He gave examples from the fates of patients with AIDS and HIV infection, helping students to draw the right conclusions.

At the end of the event, students received detailed answers from a specialist to their questions on the topic.
