On December 10, 2024, the international conference “Constitutional Guarantees of Human Rights in the era of Digitalization” was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
This scientific and practical conference is attended by national and international experts, legal scholars, university professors, doctoral students, independent researchers, representatives of civil society institutions, law enforcement agencies and international organizations, who exchange views based on scientific theory and practical experience.
It was noted at the event that the new version of the Constitution has reached a completely new level in the field of human rights and freedoms, its role in ensuring reliable protection of property rights, large-scale reforms in various spheres of economic, social, cultural and educational life and its importance in strengthening the results achieved in this direction.
The purpose of this international scientific and practical conference is to highlight the role of the new version of the Constitution in strengthening the large-scale reforms carried out in our country in recent years in various spheres of economic, social, cultural and moral life and the results achieved in this direction; to study how new constitutional norms affect public relations in various spheres of society, especially in the field of civil society development, public administration and analysis of changes in human rights protection issues; analysis of the compliance of the new version of the Constitution with international human rights standards, development of recommendations for the development of the legislative framework in accordance with international standards in the field of protection and guarantee of human rights; introduction of new technologies and new methods of regulating relations between man, society and the state in the process of digital development, in particular innovative in areas such as digital rights, protection of personal data; discussion of approaches from a scientific and practical point of view.
