Beeline Uzbekistan HR specialists visited UWED
A meeting of students with Beeline Uzbekistan HR specialists was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
With the support of the UWED Career Center, the company's HR specialists told students about existing vacancies and internship programs, shared advice on where to get real experience and help in finding a job.
Tatyana Grigorieva, Head of the Talent Acquisition and Adaptation Department at Beeline Uzbekistan, explained how the company finds employees who meet professional requirements and share corporate values, and shared information about promising and in-demand specialties in the telecom industry.
- We are currently recruiting various specialists, from contact center employees to data analytics experts. There is a high demand in the company and in the industry for IT professionals for departments developing and supporting programs and applications, digital services, and cybersecurity, - said T. Grigorieva.
Beeline Uzbekistan employees gave useful advice on how to write the right resume. According to them, there are different resume options, templates, virtual assistants, and AI platforms on the Internet. However, it is important that the resume is relevant to the vacancy and the company, so it is always necessary to adapt it in accordance with the employer's request.
Recommendations are given to focus on experience and achievements, and not just list places of work or your diplomas and certificates. According to experts, a resume should be short, no more than one page, with key hard skills, communication and adaptive skills. For example, you can indicate the ability to work in a team or readiness for additional training. Do not forget about the cover letter, where you should tell why you are interested in working in this particular company.
"By the way, do not forget to answer calls and check your mail, if you indicated your phone number and email in your contacts," the experts emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, Beeline Uzbekistan representatives held a small quiz and determined three winners - university students with the best knowledge in the field of communications.
