On 23 October, in cooperation with the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the New Uzbekistan University, a platform was organized for meetings with five political parties in our university. The following participants were invited:

1.     Central Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, head of the department for youth affairs - Nizomidinov Muhsiddin;

2.     Deputy of the Legislative Chamber from the Social Democratic Party "Adolat" - Valiev Muhammadjon;

3.     Chief specialist of the youth affairs department of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan - Asrorov Zafar;

4.     Head of the Central Council of the Democratic Party “Milliy Tiklanish” - Juraboev Ibrohimjon.

5.     Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan – Khofizov Bakhriddin.

Due to the great interest in the meeting with party representatives, more than 300 teachers and students attended the meeting. At the beginning, each party representative was given time to present their election platform. After the presentation, the students asked questions about the platforms proposed by the parties.

As a result of the meeting, our students’ interest in political parties and their programs increased several times, and they became convinced that voting in the upcoming elections is a platform for young people to express their ideas and values.
