The inaugural meeting of the UWED ADVISORY BOARD in its new composition took place
The updated structure and Provisions of the UWED Advisory Board, as outlined in Order No. BR-46 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 22, 2024, were approved. The Board now includes representatives from various ministries and agencies, non-governmental organizations, UWED alumni, and other stakeholders committed to advancing and strengthening the university.
New members were introduced to the Board's primary objectives, responsibilities, and initiatives, all of which are aimed at bolstering UWED’s educational and research capabilities. A central item on the agenda was the approval of the new organizational structure of UWED and the revision of the salary level of employees. Additionally, strategies for enhancing the efficiency of the master's program at the UWED Diplomatic Academy were discussed.
The Advisory Board members expressed their commitment to delivering regular lectures for UWED students and actively provide assistance in achieving the strategic development goals of the university.
