Master class “Information and analytical work in diplomatic activity” held at UWED
On October 22 of this year, a master class on the topic of “Information and analytical work in diplomatic activity” was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, organized as part of events to optimize interaction and self-management between the faculty and students of UWED.
During the master class, the participants became familiar with in detail to the basic principles of preparing information and analytical documents. The audience was informed about the key concepts used in the analyst's terminology. The emphasis was placed on the specifics of information and analytical work in the context of diplomatic activity. Particular attention was paid to the requirements for conclusions within the framework of analytical documents. The main parameters that distinguish analytical documents from other research materials were explained. The meeting participants were presented with relevant materials, sources, literature and a presentation.
During the event, there was an active exchange of opinions, where students expressed their opinions on issues of interest. It was noted that such a format of interaction will contribute to the development of interest in the processes of world politics and international relations and will allow participants to acquire skills in preparing information-analytical and research documents. In conclusion, prospects for organizing further work in the preparation of information-analytical documents were outlined.
