UWED and the University of Sharjah are establishing cooperation
On October 11 of this year, a meeting with the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs of the University of Sharjah (UAE) Salah Tahir Mohammed Sharif Al-Haj was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
First Vice-Rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs at UWED Odil Yusupdjanov informed the guest about the history and current activities of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. He, emphasizing the importance of strengthening ties between universities, expressed interest in developing mutually beneficial relations that will facilitate cultural exchange.
During the meeting, various forms of academic cooperation were noted, including student and faculty exchanges, joint educational programs and courses, and the possibility of receiving international grants to finance joint projects and research.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation, which will serve as the basis for further interaction.
