On December 4 of this year, the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan held an awarding ceremony for the winners of the republican national competition "Education and innovations in the field of human rights and freedoms".

The competition was organized on the initiative of the National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Youth Affairs Agency and the Youth Union. This was based on the requirements of the decision of the President of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2023 "On approval of the National Education Program in the field of Human Rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Turgunboyev Otabek, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of International Law, participated in this republican national competition with his scientific work in the nomination "The best article on human rights: the best scientific article and the best popular article". became a proud 3rd place winner. The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts by the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
