Today, July 9, First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy Sodyq Safoev met with Bolat Nurgaliev, Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the dialogue, friendly relations between our countries, peoples, issues of multilateral cooperation were discussed.

Also, B. Nurgaliyev, participating as an international observer in the presidential elections, was explained the essence of the large-scale reforms carried out in the republic in recent years, in particular, changes in the education system, new opportunities created, areas of international cooperation, responsibility assumed by the state in issues of development of the education system, its consolidation in the Constitution in the new edition.

In turn, the international observer, based on meetings with many senior officials during the electoral processes, acquaintances at polling stations, admitted that serious preparations had been made for this political event.

Аt the meeting, issues of cooperation in the education system, development of public diplomacy, joint solution of global environmental problems for the two countries were considered.
