Students of the Legal Clinic at UWED took part as observers in the court session held in the Mirzo-Ulugbek Interdistrict Civil Court

On April 21, 2025, a practical lesson was organized at the Mirzo-Ulugbek Inter-District Civil Court of Tashkent for students of the Legal Clinic at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. During this lesson, students were able to observe a real court session and study the procedure for considering civil cases, especially how issues of moral and material damage are resolved in court.
Students directly observed all stages of the judicial process: they received a clear idea of the course of the trial based on the claims and objections of the parties, the presentation of evidence, court questions and answers of the parties. At the end of the court session, students were given the opportunity to ask questions, which allowed them to address the judge and participants with questions of interest to them. This process greatly contributed to the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and the development of practical thinking.
For students of legal clinics, such practical observations are important for improving their professional training and in-depth study of the judicial and legal system. Such experience will help them succeed in their future professional activities.
