    On March 20 of this year, Sherzod Fayzakhmatov, a master’s student at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), has proudly represented Uzbekistan at the prestigious Raisina-IE Global Student Challenge 2025, held in New Delhi, India.

    This highly competitive initiative, co-organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and IE University, brought together 60 outstanding students from 60 countries, offering them a unique platform to engage in discussions on global governance, policy challenges, and international cooperation.

    Representing UWED and Uzbekistan, Sh.Fayzakhmatov actively contributed to high-level discussions alongside participants from leading universities across the globe. His participation in the challenge underscored Uzbekistan’s commitment to engaging in global dialogues and promoting diplomatic and policy-driven solutions to contemporary issues.

    For information. The Raisina-IE Global Student Challenge 2025 took place as part of the Raisina Dialogue, India’s premier conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics. The event, marking its 10th anniversary, was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with New Zealand’s Prime Minister Christopher Luxon as the chief guest. This year’s challenge revolved around the theme “Building Bridges: Mitigating the North-South Divide,” addressing crucial global issues such as multilateralism and the digital divide.
