The University of World Economy and Diplomacy has launched a new educational program titled as "Innovation and business models in the digital age”. The program is delivered by Executive Education of UWED in collaboration with the consulting company Senteo (USA).

The program is designed for senior executives and professionals in marketing, sales, business development, product managers and data analytics.

The training is aimed at developing a systemic understanding of how innovations change product functionality, develop customer interaction channels, and create added value for customers. The program offers comprehensive solutions for improving customer experience management, creating customer engagement applications, customer-oriented analytics, data based decision-making.

Particular focus is given to key aspects of digital transformation and the evolution of management based on international experience and advanced technologies.
