Among them were not only UWED representatives, but also students of the Tashkent State University of Economics, as well as employees and volunteers of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The rich program, in the organization of which students of Japanese universities studying at UWED also participated, allowed to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of traditions, culture and art of this nation.
Students studying the language of the land of the rising sun demonstrated their skills in writing hieroglyphs using a traditional Japanese brush and ink, which allowed them not only to show their achievements, but also to deepen their understanding of calligraphy. All who decided to try themselves in this art form showed creativity and skill. The best received well-deserved awards.
Guests of the event also had the opportunity to participate in a tea ceremony and taste Japanese cuisine.
