On September 28 of this year, a master class titled "Family – Community – Educational Institution" was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in accordance with the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from August 11, 2023. This resolution, "On measures to widely promote the feelings of bravery, courage, family, community, and love for the homeland among youth under the slogan 'Educational Institution – a Center of Spirituality for the Community,'" seeks to foster these values among young people.

The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Mirzo Ulugbek District Internal Affairs Agency, Lieutenant Colonel D. Abdujabborov, along with responsible officers, Major U. Hasanov from the Tashkent City National Guard Main Department, Colonel V. Radjabov, a member of the Tashkent City Council of Veterans, and local community leaders.

The First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work, O. Yusufjonov, opened the event by discussing the recent issues raised during the video conference held on September 26 under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, which focused on organizing the "seven-part system" in communities with new approaches.

During the event, representatives from various ministries shared their views on the importance of instilling a spirit of loyalty and military-patriotic values in young people. They emphasized the need to foster ideological immunity against the negative impact of foreign ideas and beliefs, and to ensure that youth remain committed to both national and universal values.
