A representative of the UWED took part in the First meeting of experts on the creation of the Youth Council of Central and South Asian countries
On June 27-28 of this year, the First meeting of experts on the creation of the Youth Council of Central and South Asian countries was held in Bukhara, during which the draft of its charter was discussed. Lutfiddin Khodjaev, Head of the Language Education Center, took part in this international event and delivered a speech.
In his speech, he stressed that the initiative to create a permanent youth council of Central and South Asian countries was put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the conference “Central and South Asia: Regional cooperation. Threats and Opportunities”, held on July 15-16, 2021 in Tashkent.
In this context, the special importance of the First meeting of experts on the creation of the Youth Council of the two regions was noted. The adoption of its charter will serve to implement joint programs in the field of education and science, culture and sports.
