On May 31 of this year, at the Legal Clinic of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, a round table was organized between the university faculty and students of the clinic in connection with June 1, “International Children’s Day.”

During the conversation, the essence of the “Convention on the Rights of the Child” and the rights of children provided for therein were discussed in detail. Proposals and initiatives were also heard in accordance with the traditions of mentor and student on projects of interest to the education and future of youth studying in a special closed educational institution, where children from families whose upbringing is difficult, separated due to family disagreements or on the verge of separation.

          After this, in the afternoon, a special report was prepared for the information program of the Uzbekistan 24 TV channel on the role of the legal service in the life of society and the activities of the legal clinic. The reporting process created a civil court model with student participation. The issue raised in it that the alimony to be paid for the child was not paid on time and the father abandoned his responsibilities, a court case was considered on the woman's claim, and the students managed to find a legal solution in this case.
