Bexzod Baxtiyarovich, PhD, works as an acting associate professor of the department, lectures on the disciplines of business law, bankruptcy law. He has published more than 40 scientific papers on the topics of legal regulation of bankruptcy, in particular the monograph “Improving judicial rehabilitation as a bankruptcy procedure” (2019). He also acts as a speaker at national and international conferences on the legal regulation of bankruptcy.
