    Biography Facts

    Saodat Umarova is a PhD student and an Assistant Professor at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, where she teaches courses related to international economic relations. She has extensive experience in government, academic, and non-governmental sectors. Currently, she contributes to organizing educational workshops, writing analytical papers.

    Her research focuses on trade facilitation and economic cooperation, with several publications on industrial cooperation, the textile industry, and trade facilitation measures in Central Asia. She actively participates in national and international conferences and has delivered lectures on innovation economics, institutional economy, and foreign trade policy.

    Saodat holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Economic Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Her international exposure includes internships with the European Union Technical Assistance Programme and the Ministry for Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan.
