Doctor of Philosophy in Law (PhD), Shakhlo Pulatovna, holds the position of Acting Associate Professor in the department. She teaches the subjects of theory of state and law, human rights and constitutional law. He has more than 30 scientific works on international law and human rights, including the monograph “International and national mechanisms for the implementation of human rights education” (2024). Shakhlo Pulatovna specializes in studying the international and national legal foundations of human rights education, paying special attention to the issues of their implementation and adaptation in the educational environment.
