From 1997 to 2007, Shakhnoza Abduraupovna Khasanova worked at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in the French Language Department as a lab assistant, head of the department cabinet, lecturer, and senior lecturer. Since 2007, she has been working as a senior lecturer in the Romano-Germanic Languages Department at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

Shakhnoza Abduraupovna has participated in several professional development programs at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) and the Republican Institute for Advanced Training of Teachers at UzSUWL, where she completed a 288-hour course in philology and language teaching (French). In 2022, she received a C1 certificate No. 22DTM1019165XS in foreign language proficiency from the State Testing Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Currently, Shakhnoza Abduraupovna is preparing to defend her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philology on the topic "Linguistic Features of Diplomatic Terminology in Uzbek and French." On August 27, 2024, her dissertation was successfully discussed at a scientific seminar under the PhD.03/29.12.2022.Fil.156.01 Academic Council, located at the Andijan State Institute of Foreign Languages. The results of her research have been published in over 20 articles in national and international scientific and practical conferences, as well as in national scientific journals approved by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC).
