From December 14 to 21 of this year, a refresher course based on the competency assessment methodology was held in Seoul (Republic of Korea), in which Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy Gulnoza Ismailova participated as an assessor.

This program was organized in cooperation with the Agency for the Development of Public Service (ARGOS) and the Ministry of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea.

The refresher course was organized at the National Institute for Human Resource Development of the Republic of Korea (NHI) with the aim of training national expert trainers in the field of comprehensive assessment of management personnel, as well as conducting interviews with national experts, and developing assessment methods.

Based on the results of the event, it is planned to develop a “Training for Trainers” (ToT) program in order to improve the management assessment system.
