According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Improving the System of Conducting Subject Olympiads among Talented Students and Establishing a Best School for Teaching Foreign Languages," from November 25 to December 4, 2024, students from general education institutions, academic lyceums, and vocational schools participated in the III stage (Tashkent city) of the Main Olympiad. Students from UWED Academic Lyceum also took part in this event.

Six students from the academic lyceum achieved honorable places in this stage, three of whom earned the right to participate in the IV Republican stage of Olimpiad.

In this regard, an award ceremony for the winners of the subject olympiads took place on December 13, 2024, at the UWED cinema hall.

During the event, second-year student Rahimova Mohinur (English language, II place) from group AFR2-23, second-year student Zaripov Latif (German language, III place) from group AFR1-23, second-year student Axmedjanov Iskandar (History, III place) from group IG1-23, first-year student Zulxanov Asilbek (Law, I place) from group IG2-24, first-year student Iskandarova Ruhshona (History, III place) from group IG1-24, and first-year student Ergashev Firdavs (History, II place) from group IG1-24 were awarded honorary certificates by the administration of the academic lyceum.
