A delegation from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) took part in the International Conference of Ombudsmen dedicated to the protection of human rights, which took place in Montecassino (Italy). The conference was also attended by students from Italy, Germany, France, the USA, Malta, the Netherlands, Turkey, Uzbekistan and other countries. Students of the Faculty of International Law of UWED presented reports on the activities of the youth of Uzbekistan in protecting human rights and their active participation in the political and social life of the country.

UWED Professor Rakhima Yusuvalieva spoke about the university’s role in training highly qualified personnel in the field of international relations, economics and law.

During the conference, a discussion took place on prospects for cooperation in the field of human rights protection.
