A festive event was held dedicated to October 1 - Teachers and Mentors Day
On September 30 of this year, a festive event was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in connection with October 1 - the Day of Teachers and Mentors.
Sodyq Safoev, the First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, opened the event and congratulated the professors and teachers, who are educating the young generation in the university, on their professional holidays.
Student certificates were also handed over to university students recommended for the 1st-year in the current academic year.
During the event, songs in praise of teachers were played, which gave a good mood to those gathered.
At the end of the event, a festive cake with the symbol of the university was distributed to the participants.
