On June 23 this year, the Institute for Advanced International Studies held a round table on the topic “Cultural and civilizational potential of Uzbekistan as a diplomatic resource” at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

The event was opened by the director of the Institute for Advanced International Studies Sh.Abdullaev. Also during the meeting, Sh.Ganieva made a speech on the topic “Heritage – as a factor in the soft power of Uzbekistan”, T. Mkrtychev on the topic “Ancient history of Uzbekistan as a factor in the formation of political relations in modern times” and A.Djumaev on the topic “Culture and cultural heritage: an attempt to identify problems and trends”.

The professors, doctoral students and students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy took part in the round table and received answers to their questions.
