On February 22 of the current year, employees of the Ministry, headed by Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Shahlo Turdikulova visited the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and met with the Administration of the university and students.

The meeting was opened by Durbek Amanov, the first vice-rector for the University of World Economy University, and in connection with the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-330 dated July 27, 2022 “On the measures of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy,” made a report on the work done And plans for the future at the University of World Economics and Diplomacy.

In his speech, he informed in detail the fulfillment of the tasks specified in the minutes of the meeting held under the leadership of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

After that, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Shakhlo Turdikulova, who spoke about the priority tasks facing the Ministry, as well as promising plans for 2023, including the works carried out in our country in the field of higher education, science and innovation In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-14 dated January 25, 2023 “On the Priority Organizational measures to establish the effective activities of the republican executive bodies of the authorities”, in particular, on the creation of an innovative development agency under the Ministry of Innovation Development, the Agency for Knowledge and Skills for the Assessment of Knowledge The State Center for Testing at the Cabinet of Ministers, the Higher Certification Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers to the ministerial system.

During the meeting, the participants expressed their opinion on the improvement of education and science at the university.

A live dialogue took place with university students, and communication took place in an open and friendly atmosphere. During the meeting, students received answers to their questions, and the teachers and students of the university made the following sentences under the education system:

To publish this project together with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation in order to popularize the activities of the TEDX, Book Club UMED and Goodwill Ambassador, organized at the Student Council of the University of World Economics and Diplomacy;
