Graduated evening department of Law faculty of Tashkent State University (now - National University of Uzbekistan), major: "Jurisprudence", qualification - lawyer. She combined studying with the work of senior laboratory assistant in the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. After graduation was transferred to the position of a junior researcher. She made research on legal problems of agriculture and environment and became a researcher. In 1991 she defended her dissertation. After that she became a senior research fellow. In 1995 she started working in the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Currently she is working as an associate professor of the department of "Civil Law" of UWED. She conducts lessons with the 3^rd and 4^th year students of the Faculty of International Law.
