On November 28, 2019, first-year students of the Faculty of International Relations headed by professor E.Sultanova and the vice dean of IR, S.Tillyakhojaeva, took part in the round table "People’s diplomacy-strategic resource in promoting national interests".

November 14-15, 2019 Senior Lecturer, Department of International Economics, Ph.D. Sultanova G.K. and doctoral student UWED Karimova H.R. took part in the final conference of the scientific project “Strengthening and Energizing EU-Central Asia relations”, abbreviated SEnECA).
On November 22, 2019, the Poytaxt Business Center hosted a seminar on the topic “Water Resources and Diplomacy” with the Special Representative of the Prime Minister of Canada in the European Union and Europe Mr. Stephen Dion.
The II Central Asian International Seminar "Teaching Journalism for Sustainable Development" was held at Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan and was dedicated to World Television Day.
The Student House of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a creative evening of lovers of reading books, poems and poetic art. The initiator of this event was the Department of Social and Political Sciences.
On 20th of November, 2019, as a part of «UWED Week», intellectual game «Что? Где? Когда?» was organized by socially active students. This event caused a lot of pleasant emotions not only to students from different universities but to staff of university too.
