The University of World Economy and Diplomacy offers undergraduate programs in a variety of fields, including: International Relations,  Political Science, International Economics and Management Jurisprudence. UWED's bachelor's degree programs are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a globalized world. The programs are taught by a team of experienced faculty members, many of whom have held high-level positions in government and business. The University of World Economy and Diplomacy was established on September 23, 1992. It is functioning under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is a higher educational institution that provides training, retraining and advanced training for specialists and academic staff as well as conducts high-level fundamental and applied research in the following areas:

The educational program “Leadership and corporate culture” was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy

At the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, on April 23-25 ​​of this year, the educational program “Leadership and Corporate Culture” was held, organized by the Faculty of Executive Education of UWED together with the consulting company Senteo (USA). t was attended by managers and specialists of enterprises with a state share that are subject to reform and improvement of operational efficiency. The educational program was focused on developing a systematic understanding of the driving forces of corporate culture, ways of designing and developing сorporate culture to achieve success and growth. The program introduces elements of corporate culture, leadership styles and the evolution of corporate culture management based on best international practices. Classes had been taught by Senteo CEO Michael Ruckman, who possesses many years of work experience in major international companies, and in management consulting. He regularly conducts similar educational programs at leading universities around the world. The classes were conducted by the General Director of Senteo, Michael Ruckman, who has many years of practical experience in international companies, as well as in the field of management consulting. He regularly conducts similar programs at leading universities around the world. As part of the program, interactive seminars and discussions were held with examples (cases) from real international practice, taking into account the characteristics of Uzbekistan. This educational program is in line with the Uzbekistan government’s large-scale program of reforming enterprises that have a state share. As per best international experiences, innovative approaches in designing and   management are crucial for the successful implementation of transformation processes. For reference.
