Annotation of activities:

In 1985 graduated the faculty of "Jurisprudence" of Tashkent State University, qualification: lawyer. After the graduation, he started working as an assistant in the department of "Management and Law" of Tashkent Agricultural Institute. Then he took postgraduate courses in the law faculty of Tashkent State University. He was a teacher, senior teacher, acting Associate Professor of "Civil Law" faculty of Tashkent State University (later transformed into Tashkent State Law Institute); dean, deputy rector on education and international relations of this institute.

Later: Doctor of "Civil Law" department of Tashkent State Law Institute; Head of the department of "Foreign policy and diplomacy," then Head of the department of "International law" of International relations and the Foreign Economic Relations faculty of the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Deputy Dean, Dean of the faculty of International relations and the Foreign Economic Relations. He was Associate professor of "Civil Law" department; Acting Dean of the Law faculty of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek; Dean of the Law faculty; associate professor, acting professor of "Civil Law" Department of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek; head and member of scientific and applied grant of Law faculty of National University of Uzbekistan; leading researcher, then head of Grant of the Institute of Philosophy and Law named after I.Muminov under Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan; head and then chief scientist of Grant of Tashkent State Law Institute.

Since 2013 - Head of the department of "International private and civil law" of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Spheres of scientific interests: Current issues in the field of investment relations and foreign trade.

Teaching courses: Private International Law, Investment Law.

Main publications: He is an author of 4 scientific articles.
